Diddy?s Justin?s to Host Brunch/Music Fest Press Launch on Lisa Lopes B-Day, Sunday, May 27th in ATL
ATLANTA, GA May 24, 2012?A decade has passed since the loss of one of our most eclectic, talented and inspiring angels; Lisa ?Left Eye? Lopes. Sponsored by Atlanta?s V103, Justin?s, Cake Cafe Atlanta and Chocolate Bar, on Sunday, May 27th family, celebs, industry vets and fans will celebrate the birthday of the acclaimed TLC recording artist at Sean Combs? Justin?s restaurant in Atlanta during a fundraiser brunch from 11am-3pm. Proceeds for the $30 ticket will benefit the Lisa Lopes Foundation.
Confirmed Left Eye B-Day Brunch guests include; BET Tiny and Toya? star/author Toya Wright and MeMpHiTz, Grammy award winning producer Bangladesh, TV One Ultimate Merger? heart throb/recording artist Ray Lavender, Tyler Perry?s House of Payne? standout Demitria McKinney, rap icon 2Pac?s The Outlawz, EMI soul and pop singer Sammie, Big Boi?s Purple Ribbon Kidz act Gabbi Rae, noted entertainment exec and TLC founder Ian Burke, LaFace Records producer Teddy Bishop, members of Left Eye Productions group Blaque; Shamari Fears-DeVoe and Brandi Williams, Young Money Cash Money artist Short Dawg, MTV?s G?s to Gents? winner; Creepa as well as the Lopes family; mother Wanda Lopes, brother Ronald Lopes (Executive Director of the Lisa Lopes Foundation) and younger sister; 1st Lady of HipRock Reigndrop Lopes.
The fundraiser will also host the official PRESS LAUNCH for the1st Annual Left Eye Music Fest taking place on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at the Porter Sandford III Performing Arts Center at 3181 Rainbow Drive in Decatur, GA. Presented by The Lisa Lopes Foundation, this family-fun event will fuse and celebrate Left Eye?s original style and unique taste in music, fashion, food and fun. Open to the public, the 1-day festival will feature a kids concert, talent showcase, fashion show and tribute concert.
The 1st Annual Left Eye Music Fest (#LEMF) was envisioned by Lisa?s younger siblings; Ronald and Reigndrop Lopes to commemorate the legacy of the critically acclaimed artist. The annual event will rally fans, arts and entertainment communities to offer a philanthropic and interactive live media experience to the masses, in Lisa?s honor.
