This shop in in London may feature a gimmicky, mad scientist-inspired space filled with gurgling test tubes and a blackboard full of equations, but the tea lives up to the hype. 'Bubbleologists' in white lab coats have all trained under a renowned tea master in Taiwan, and the range of flavours is impressive.
